Quality Ratio
On review we have met our goal of breaking the 3000 PPM level. In order to insure we keep going in the correct direction we will restart employee meetings. Laura is to get together with both shifts every other month to review problems, go over new procedures, and to keep all employees up to date on how we are doing and where we are at.

On Time Performance for 12 Months:
On Time ranking has suffered a little during the second half of 09. This is due to the work load variations and shortened lead times requested. At the start of 2010, we will concentrate on this very important stat and keep all involved as up to date as possible. By keeping all employees aware of needed dates and notifying customers of actual dates, we will improve quickly. We are in an upward trend and will get back over the 95% mark or better in the next few months.

NCR Percentage Breakdown
Our overall graph is showing our NCR percentage breakdown since our ISO 9001:2000 registration. Over the past few years, our system errors and other errors have been reduced to very low levels. This was expected.
Our goal of 2:1 is where we want it to be. We will continue to improve in this area by closer incoming inspection and more supervisor interaction on the floor. Our new retraining forms are also going to be used to help remind employees of problems
