Quality Ratio
The quality ratio is continuing to move on a downward trend and is now running below 500 PPM (0.05%). The overall trend since 2003 os under 2500 PPM (0.2%). The recent returns have been due to rust problems

On Time Performance for 12 Months:
High work load has hampered our 95% on time rate. We are at capacity at this time. In December we had a drop to 90% in parts which pulled our average down a little. We were also down a little in bars Overall we regained the 95% mark in 10 of the months for parts and in 6 of the months in bars. We will do better by making realistic commitment dates and better communication to customers

NCR Percentage Breakdown
03-2011
Our overall graph is showing our NCR percentage breakdown since our ISO 9001:2000 registration. Over the past few years, our system errors and other errors have been reduced to very low levels. This was expected.
Our goal of 2:1 is where we want it to be. We will continue to improve in this area by closer incoming inspection and more supervisor interaction on the floor. Our new retraining forms are also going to be used to help remind employees of problems
